Can't book a trip "Something went wrong! Please contact customer support for assistance"

I am trying to book a trip near Charlotte, NC but when I book to checkout/book it pops up with an error 

"Something went wrong! Please contact customer support for assistance"

I've reverified my account recently, I am wondering if that is the issue.
