Hi all I'm from UK Oxford. 2 years now our neighbour house (semmi detached house) is a guest house. No-one asked us if we agree next door to be a guest house. We tried to live with it but can't handle it anymore. Couple of months ago I wrote a letter to landlord but he is renting it to a lady who renting as airbnb. First we had a calm discussion about it. Next time when I complain the lady who run it send the landlord to knock on our door with a quiet unpleasant attitude so we had a little argument and believe me if I complain I will be in trouble. We had everything you can imagine next door. September I'm writing a diary about noises and drinking parties. wrote one of the city councillor who promised me to help me but since then not an answer. Sometimes I need to wake up 4am but 1am until I can manage to sleep as we can hear every conversation and door slams especially when they running up and down on stairs. We looking for a house at the moment but not easy as we have 2 kids and only I'm driving and we financially is a bit week too. I'm taking depression pills and fighting with anxiety too as we don't know which day we will be able to sleep properly.
