Cancel bookings as a host due change of use of apartment.

Ive been renting out my flat for 6 months now full time on airbnb. Due to unforseen financial circumstances I may have to use the lat to live in myself (My rent is going up moe than I cant afford).

I have 6 bookings between now and end of year which I think i may have to cancel.

What are the penalties for doing this - Im fine with maying the cancel fees as its my own doing but Ive read I will also get my account disabled. Does this also disable my guest account so I cant book stays ?

Its just an unfortunate situation but I would maybe put the flat back on when I get sorted in a year or so, so im keen to not have my account totally removed.

Any help would be appreciated

@Paul8898 I think you may get your listing suspended and you will get a lot of fines but your traveling account should survive.
