Cancelation due to rodents

Hello. I have been trying to get someone to give me a call regarding my rights as a guest to cancel due to rodent droppings and cleanliness. Please let me know how I can discuss. Requested a manager call 3 times. Nothing! @catherinepowell

@Sarah5234 If it makes you feel any better Airbnb ignores its hosts as well as guests.

Have you asked the host to deal with the issues? This is always the best approach unless they refuse to get involved at which point call Airbnb and ask them to cancel the stay with a refund for nights not stayed.
