@Sarah5234 If it makes you feel any better Airbnb ignores its hosts as well as guests.
Have you asked the host to deal with the issues? This is always the best approach unless they refuse to get involved at which point call Airbnb and ask them to cancel the stay with a refund for nights not stayed.
