Cancellation button is not working

Hi,

I would like to cancel my last reservation The hotel manager agrees to cancel the booking. I sent a cancellation requestI do not know why, but they did not receive Can you solve this problem asap? 

Cancellation reason: Hotel Manger told me the room I booked is not available

the reservation must be canceled. Hosts want me to stay in another room than the one I booked, which has no sea view.

@Mehmet-Buğra0 You should call Airbnb and ask them to cancel on behalf of the host. You cancelling risks you not getting all your money back.
