Cancellation listed on my account for a reservation I never made?

Why does my account have a cancellation listed for a reservation I never made?  Did someone get into my account, make a reservation and then cancel it?

You'd have to ask Airbnb @Lois548 - we are a community of hosts and guests so can't help I'm afraid

Perhaps safety concerns?
