Before purchasing our last booking we bought gift cards for the total cost. We are considering making some changes to our booking but are concerned our fully refundable booking will be refunded in the form of a gift cards. Can we please request a direct refund to our credit card.

Why would you be worried about being refunded with gift cards if that's what you paid for the booking with @Janet1628 

You will need to check the T&C for your gift card but I think they are non refundable once you've made a booking .
