Cant verify my photo as photo app does not work

I am trying to verify my identity. Airbnb has sent me a link to take a photo on the mobile app but it doesnt work - just sends me to a new sign up page. ive tried this about 5 times and getting a bit frustrated. any help appreciated. john NZ

The only number in NZ is Wellington and its at toll call and  costs a lot to ring - esp when people say they are kept on hold for 20mins or more. We are asking for a toll free NZ wide ph no. cheers @John7524

thanks - have sorted this now. I went in through my phone app rather than using the failed link they sent. i am now verified!
