Changing a guests resrevation

Hello, one of my guests asked to extend their stay by one night after they booked. I tried to change their reservation, but the system will not allow me to change the check-out date. I went to the reservation, went to change reservation and clicked on the check-out date, but when I did that the rest of the dates are locked and won't allow me to click on anything. I tried contacting support, but they never got back to me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think it's better if your guest requests the change to the reservation, then you will approve it.

It's possible you have some availability settings on your calendar preventing you from extending the stay like Advanced Notice or Preparation Time. I would check those.
