Charged twice for an Airbnb stay

I got charged twice when I booked a local staycation in our country. I noticed that the amount that was deducted to me was doubled and yet when I reached to the customer support, they said that they only charged once and the other one might just be the temporary hold. It’s been three days already but the amount didn’t return to the amount in my account that it should be. No transaction or hold was reversed and it’s stressing me out.
