Check-in Guide - Guest and Host pain point

My guests have not been receiving the check-in guide and finding it within the app is difficult. As a workaround, I provided my guests with a URL link to the check-in guide for my listing however now, Airbnb has restricted access to the URL. My guests are now again having trouble checking-in to my property. 

Is anyone else frustrated with the check-in guide function on Airbnb? What other workarounds have you found?
