Many who post on this community looking for co-hosting work including Amy who posted here have no experience of managing their own listing and are looking to gain experience by using your listing to learn the ropes.

Look for experienced superhosts who offer a co-hosting service so you can check out their listings and be confident they understand any local STR regulations, how to manage cleaners and problem guests etc.
