Good morning- I live in a community that is trying to change the CC&R's to eliminate short term rentals. Does anyone have a letter template or prepared petition that I can adjust for our community?

@Erica1411 , you may want to take a look at Arizona SB1350. This protects STR in your state. In May of this year, I believe the Arizona State Supreme Court issued a ruling that further protected STR from HOAs banning/prohibiting STRs.
