Construction noise

I am asking here because the agents that are treating my case seems to have a very particular way to analyze things. I have booked an AirBnB site, that is currently an hotel, not a particular person. No issues with that. The problem is that the place have 2 constructions sites closer than 50 meters.

The noise is present 24 hours, being more intense from 7 am onwards (you could see evidence here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/18ackEXfpe6hwvIOg4Sr0L6BfniT1URXE/view?usp=drivesdk). They didnt include even a vague warning in the publication about the noise. In most of the pictures in the publication they have choosen angles to not show the construction, but there are 2 pictures where it can be seen.

I am wrong to believe that sleeping its a basic feature that a host should provide, and with that in consideration, he should inform about the noise? They also advertised a jacuzzy on the balcony, but they didnt mentioned the 50 workers at the balcony level in the construction.

I have raised the case 3 days ago, less than 12 hours since I arrived, and not only I dont have a solution, I had started wasting money for the international calls because of AirBNB's delays of more than 12 hours replying.

At this point I am asking for a full refund. What do you think about this?

Hello @Francisco-Javier158 👋

Sorry to hear that you had some construction noise during your stay. I wondered if you had reached out to the host/customer support about this and what was the resolution if so?
