We have messages coming from Airbnb that I have not corresponded with potential renters, though I have. Of course this leads to bad reviews of me, though I have always responded asap.
@Jim-Haswell0 You should use the message portion of AirBnB's platform to correspond with your guests. Then your communication will be noted and you will not get messages from AirBnB about a lack of communication. I correspond only from the website -- not WhatsApp or phone texts.
