Dear Hosts and Airbnb
I can not stay silent anymore. I have 8 houses 3 of them are co-hosting and now we shut down 5 of them due to no business. but I have still 3 houses pay mortgage and rent. I waited so long if they Airbnb help. I did not receive anything from them since March. not the 25% reimbursement nor Super Host help program money. they said if I am not super-host then I can not receive the program money.
BUT, I realized early last month that they secretly removed my Super-Host status. I don't know why??? I had been Super-Host last 2 years and meeting all the requirements, the overall rate is always above 4.8 or some times 5. and still now I am at 4.9 but I am not super host. last time they said it might be an Airbnb issue or some system glitch and told me to wait till next month/April 1st Super-Host assessment time. I was all above the requirement but now the assessment already past, however, I am not a super host.
what is really going on?
what kind of partnership it is. ?
they are tons of Airbnb hosts that faced the same issue.
where is the help?
