Critique my listing - Moises in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

I am having issues maintaining a high occupancy rate. I'd like any feedback, tips, or recommendations, please.

@Stephanie  Yes. The new conversation box is at the bottom of the first page of this forum section. Desktop version ( I don't use the app, so don't know if it's the same there).
