Hosting for 3 years now. Since then it seems impossible to get in touch with quality customer support as they have increasingly outsourced their team. It looks like most of the number of Ai generated templates and responses I receive when contacting about issues, I am concerned that the quality of Airbnb customer support no longer is competent enough to resolve actual hosting issues. Its all just a web of redirection and the senior customer support agents always claim to be the final contact. Has anybody been able to get in touch with an American employee as a host in the last year for any issue? I am strongly considering leaving the platform because of the degradation of the customer service. I never get a crazy review removed any more and recent damage claims have been denied despite solid pictures and evidence. It feels like Airbnb is degrading. Any other hosts feel the same way?
