We are engaging with Airbnb about this delinquency at the moment.
Our incidents stems from increasingly popular Third party bookings believed to be against Policy that makes a mockery of Safety and Security protocol and usually leads to Retaliatory reviews in which Cyber Bullying and Character Assassination is used to harm Hosts instead of assessing a stay. We have just received 3 such Retaliatory reviews in a row.
It is believed that the all new Review Removal Tool is AI driven, and even blatant Defamation is condoned and will not be removed.
Doubt if litigation against Airbnb will not yield results, please refer the Terms of Service, however there is nothing stopping you from escalating the case with the Guest that subjected you to this Cyber Bullying and Character Assassination in the first place.
Airbnb Safety and Security should be contacted for a link that the Local Authorities may use to allow access to information of the guest. Hope this plea for sanity you posted will be heard by those that matters.
