Daily rates

Good morning,

We just started hosting on Airbnb and I have a question.    I Noticed that the weekends are filling up fast, but I would like to have occupancy on the weekdays too.    I already offered a  discount for longer stays, but I am thinking on lowering the price on Mondays through Wednesdays.    Is there a way I can. do this without affecting the current guests prices?  Please let me know.   Thank you

Hi @Victor4496

Yes, you can lower the price for Mondays through Wednesdays without affecting the prices for your current guests.

Option 1- Go to calendar then select the specific dates (Mondays to Wednesdays) you want to adjust
then enter a lower price for those days.

Option 2- on the app go to calendar then tap settings icon.

Look for “Custom Promotions” or “Weekly & Monthly Discounts”

Set a discount for stays that include Monday to Wednesday.

You can also try last-minute discounts if weekdays remain unbooked close to the check-in date.

Allowing 1-night stays on weekdays) can also help boost occupancy.

This will only apply to future bookings and won’t affect guests who have already booked

Hope this helps.

Hi @Victor4496

Any changes that you make to rates (including using smart pricing, custom promotions or professional tools rule sets) will only affect future bookings. You don't have to worry that prices will change on bookings already in place.

To me it sounds like professional tools will work best for your discounts, especially if you want to apply them to long stretches at a time.
