 just had a guest that left black tar mark on my light colored wood dresser and a light colored wood chair.

Should I charge them for it?

Should I not charge them, but just say I would not rent to them again and why?

They also had some glitter in the bed and on the floor.   I was able to clean it up fairly easily, but my anxiety is that the glitter will not come out in the wash.

What do you suggest?

What I would do in that case is just clean up the marks, and add "no glitter" to my house rules. Glitter is such a mess, and it clings to everything!
