Same here . Having only one good 8 days New Year booking and nothing before and after in the moment. Checked flats around . Seems i am not the only one so far .

Is there much demand in Manchester for twin bedded rooms @Jack2563  I would have thought you'd do much better with a double .

Can I suggest you retake your photos many are dark or taken from odd angles . You need to make it look more inviting.

You need to provide more of a description of the property/local amenities what attractions are you near ? Emphasis public transportation links and local amenities. 

have you looked at supply and demand in your location for your sort of accommodation many areas in the uk are suffering from over saturated markets
