Discount Units for Health-Care workers?

Hi, I just finished furnishing a self contained unit with separate entrance, to offer to front-line workers at a discount. But now the option button on top of listings page is no longer there?
Does anyone know, is this no longer an option to make a unit available for health care workers during this time?
