Do you have any house rules related to alcohol or smoking?

Hello Hosts!

I am wonder about your policies on drinking alcohol.  What do you do when a guest goes overboard if you allow drinking and makes a fool of themselves?  Here in California Marijuana is legal for people over the age of 21.  Do you allow marijuana smoking?  Inside or outdoors? I specifically say in my house rules no smoking and no vaping of any substance inside the property but they may go out to the curbside of the street to smoke and be responsible for their own safety.
