You know those reviews at the end of the public review, 'only your guest/host' will read this'? I tried to find out if AirBnB reads them and there was a slick side step, "Your safety and Airbnb experience are important, but we value your privacy too. We never review, scan, or analyze your messaging communications to send you third-party marketing messages. We don't sell reviews or analyses of these communications." But what DO they do with them? If a guest gives a 5-star review and positive public comments, but adds a 'useful comment' in the private message section that could be misinterpreted, how is that used?
