Don’t give guest information on access prior to checkin

I usually send my guest information on checking 1 day before. Last weekend my future guests occupied my apartment a day before, when they got the checkin information. 

Thanks for my Ring and ADT cameras, I have it all on video. I reported it to Airbnb. I am not sure how they will handle it.

There is no problem giving guests information a day or so before. It appears the problem is that you have set up your check in process so guests can access key or electronic check in before the actual check in time.

 

Nevertheless obviously the guests shouldn't have done that.

 

Have you sent a request through the Resolution centre to the guests for the additional day. and mentioned this in the guest review?
