Hello all,
I think I've seen this topic before but I don't think the results answered my specific questions. 3 times a year I donate my place for various non-profit fundraisers. I am paying the cleaning fee and clearly the guests do not pay for the house. I never know who they are, so I still want to be able to benefit from the insurance AND the reviews. Is there a way to make it fool proof for that to happen??
Pam
Hi @Pam2247 😊,
Thank you for asking this question at the Community Center!
First of all, all my compliments for what you are doing, this is truly impressive and touching. 😍
What kind of non-profit fundraisers do you donate your place to?
I'm sharing these two articles that might be helpful for you:

I'm also tagging our experienced host @Helen3, who might have some great ideas to help you!
In addition, I recommend reaching out to the organizations to see how they manage this with you.
Don’t hesitate to let me know if you find a solution, this is really interesting!
Warm regards 🌻,

I donate to a few different fundraisers. One is called Katie's Comfort House here is the website. it is about a friends sister and a beloved member of our community.

Next we donated to RPAC which is a Realtor Pac that does good for equal housing for all, affordable housing and all things consumer related to homeownership and Realtor related things like health insurance. I am a Realtor so I am passionate about housing.
Then I donated to Froggy's Closet. This is an organization dealing directly with foster children and families.
Not sure who number 4 will be this year.
If the guests are not paying for the holiday I don't see how you could make booking through Airbnb @Pam2247
you should still be covered by your short term rental insurance.
@Helen3 I remembering reading somewhere that you can offer a "special offer" price? But I wasn't sure how that would account for the cleaning fees.
