Dublin bookings low / slow

Hello,

Based in Fingal north Dublin....

I'm in year 2 of running our Airbnb during peak season summertime only.

We improved our property with a nice outdoor pergola and seating area and better pictures and so on.

But bookings seem slow.

We have even lowered the price by around €50 per night.

Last year we were fully booked, this year we only have 3 bookings.

Have you looked at supply and demand for your sort of listing @David11510 @many areas are suffering from oversaturated markets coupled with falling demand .

I havent Helen, how would i check that please?

Thanks for your answer btw, much appreciated

@David11510 you can buy data from Airdna.com. I have no idea if it can compare year on year data or what you get for the money but perhaps worth a look.

Lovely support here from @Mike-And-Jane0 & @Helen3 😊 Did you have a look at airdna? If so, what kind of information did it tell you?
