When a guest books my property, they automatically receive a confirmation message. Where can I access this text to update/edit it?

When a Guest has an approved reservation Airbnb sends a Host and a Guest Confirmation email. That you don't have permission to alter.
You can create a scheduled Quick Message by listing that automatically sends after Approval
Yes @Jennifer5339 @Marie8425 has phrased it well.
Some hosts feel it would be helpful if we could see all messages the guest receives - including automated Airbnb system messages - in the message thread, but we can't.
If you want to write or edit your own scheduled message (which will be sent in addition to Airbnb system messages), go to the messages tab, click the settings icon and select Manage Quick Replies. For each quick reply there's an option to schedule it.
