I’ve just had a cancellation from booking.com but I cannot edit the note I made previously about this. The note feature appears to have disappeared in the most recent update (which is not an improvement) and the function has disappeared. Has anyone had any response from Airbnb about this?
There are a lot of annoyed hosts posting on the subject daily but as far as I know Airbnb have not given any hosts a time frame for the issue to be fixed. Why change it in the first place??
