Emilie: I'll be away from the CC 11th April - 22nd April

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I'll be out of office from Monday 11th to Friday 22nd or April. It's going to be my first real time off in 2022, so I'm very much looking forward to it! I'll be going to Brighton for a few days, so if any of you have tips on things to do or places to check out locally, do let me know please 🏖

Apart from this small trip, I'll be busy resting, tackling some much-needed spring cleaning and doing a fair amount of baking. 

@Quincy, @Sybe, @Jenny and @Stephanie will be available as always during that time, and I look forward to hearing from you when I come back!

@Regina114 @Emiel1 @Dale711 @Huma0 Thanks everyone for the lovely messages and the ideas of bakes, I'm always keen to try new recipes on the weekends so I'll make a note of all your suggestions!

As I'd been talking with @John5097 about banana bread earlier this month,  made quite a few to perfect a recipe, and as my partner loves chocolate cupcakes I made some as well with vanilla and chocolate icing:
