Recent guests on arriving at our expressed surprise at finding our Bedroom had an en suite Bathroom as it was not stated on our listing
Has anybody noticed a change on the Airbnb app ?
Within the Bedroom edit there is a tick Box facility to confirm that the Bedroom "Has private en suite Bathroom" "Attached or en suite bathrooms have a private entrance within the bedroom"
Our listing was indicating that our accommodation had no Bathroom !! as it appears to no longer recognise the above Bedroom description.
Ailene in Airbnb Support was not helpful, in her response appears she does not even realise the above option is available ..........."I really am sorry that this concern caused you dissatisfaction. I reviewed your concern together with my support, and it shows that on our system, we don't have an option to add ensuite to your listings. We can only add bathroom to your listings. I really do appreciate that you added the bathroom in the amenities on your listings."
I need our listing to indicate that our Rooms have each got an en suite bathroom. A room with a Private Bathroom is not sufficient.
