Exactly how do you get a supervisor to call you back?

Because of Airbnb's recent treatment of me, I will likely have to quit being a host. They allowed a guest to cancel her non-refundable reservation for a MONTH'S stay because she couldn't figure out how to walk across a porch. (Seriously.) So I couldn't pay my mortgage last month. Now this month, they are saying that I cancelled the guest and so they took an extra $1000 out of my payment, so now I will be short on this month's mortgage payment too. I might actually have to make the guest leave so I can actually rent out my house so I can pay my mortgage.

And all of this could possibly be handled, if only I could speak to a supervisor. Obviously, none of the representatives can do anything. (In fact, a representative told me that the extra $1000 would not be taken during a recorded phone call, but it was still taken out of my payout.) I've called in multiple times trying to speak to a supervisor and I have been waiting for 4 weeks for one to call me back. This is literally insane. What are these people doing?

And yes, I'm a super host who never had a bad review until I had one terrible guest.

Judging by the post on here and on FB it's becoming a big problem, it's always the same nobody is responding back,
