Good evening

I've received an email and SMS from exchange4free, regarding my air bnb payment. I am a new host and still learning as I go along. In the email and text a link was sent requesting for me to sign a mandate. With so many fraudulent activities happening, I am very spectacle about clicking on links and filling in my personal information 

Please can someone from air bnb contact me via phone to discuss this matter. I need to confirm that this link is legit and not just a gateway to gather my information and setme up

Don't  open or believe it.  Sounds like a scam or hacked.

All payments, bookings, cancellations etc, are all done on the Airbnb Website, browser or app.

As @M199 mentioned, Everything related to payments is done within Airbnb App itself. 

It is great that you have sought advice and hope have not provided any sensitive information through that link.
