Congrats on becoming a host! 😊 Here are a few tips that helped me get my first booking:

1. Use high-quality photos that showcase your space well, people click based on visuals!

2. Be clear in your description about what guests can expect and highlight your unique features.

3. Keep your listing regularly updated. Also, add local events to attract more guests. There's one tool I’ve found super helpful in this, it's called AutoRank, it automatically updates listings every 48h based on search trends, top-performing keywords, and Airbnb's ranking algorithm. This results with ranking higher, which also means more bookings.

4. Compare your pricing to nearby listings and adjust accordingly.

5. And always respond quickly to messages, it helps build trust!
