Extra person but no payment

What to do..... ? I have a 11 night booking but the main guest said she'd only be staying maybe but since day 1 all 3 persons have stayed, but no offer to pay extra daily rate - how do I approach them to request payment?

You should have sent a request to the guest to amend the booking from 1to 3 people for the duration of the stay on their check in day @Barbara3717
