I have contacted support with my issue but definitely not happy with their response and discount offered NOT to mention HOST declined any refund while the issue was taken car myself hiring and paying someone to fix it . Have the photos and videos
contacted Tara Bunch(Head of Global Operation) and waiting to hear back from her. Realize the Christmas/holiday season but wanted to make sure it is documented etc.
Need help and support from any member senior management as won’t take any excuse for this treatment.
