FALSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY in LISBON, PT

Dear AirBnB Community:

We really had a bad experience with a Portuguese company Rent2You that offers multiple properties on AirBnb , Booking, etc. 

We stayed in one of the properties, and we were severely bitten by BED BUGS. This company steal our money and made our vacation worst ever. 

What we can do besides complain with AirBnb ??

The thing worries me that this company is not listed on Portuguese Business directory ?! That means AirBnb operates with false/unlicensed companies ?!?
