Fake Address and Unreachable Host – Reservation

Hello everyone,

I want to share my experience with reservation.

• The host provided a wrong address. The street ends at number 33 but the host gave number 37, which does not exist.

• The host never replied to my messages.

• The phone number on the listing was inactive.

• I was left stranded at night and had to cancel the reservation.

• Despite cancelling, I was charged.

This is a misleading listing. Airbnb, please investigate and refund the guest.

Click the reservation, scroll down and click through to Visit Help Center. Type your message to Airbnb Support and request a full refund.

So sorry to hear about your experience. You can still contact Airbnb Support and provide proof, such as screenshots of your messages, showing that you tried to reach out to your host but couldn’t find the listing address.

Share any call logs or messages (Screenshots) to CS that show your attempts to communicate.
