Guest comes and stays here two nights, he never mentioned anything was wrong or anything that he wasnt happy with.
Guest leaves a shocking review stating DO NOT STAY HERE and the rant go, s on and on.
I am more than happy with receiving any sort of review - after all reviews are there to help hosts improve.
However when a guest leaves a horrendous review of 1 for everything and supposedly sends photos to Airbnb - And airbnb have told me I cant get a copy - is it really fair.
How can someone (a guest) accuse you of things and you cant even see the photos to chat with a support worker about it.
Well the covid thing hit here really hard and lasted for so darn long.
But the covid thing is nothing - compared to being slandered and found guilty - without any input from the host.
