We finally have our first guest coming on Nov 6. So excited! but I'm nervous this won't go smoothly in terms of communication with our first guest.
What communication will AirBnB have with our guest that I need to coordinate or set up?
Where do I set up a message that the guest needs with the door code and any basics?

@Tessy19 There is a check in section in your listing where you can put this stuff. We send each guest a message manually a few days before check in as we don't trust Airbnb to send its messages. Also we ask roughly what time they plan to arrive and give detailed directions just to belt and brace things.

Hi. Where do you find their email address or phone number in the system?
And if I put the code into my listing in Airbnb, that is kept confidential?

@Tessy19 Just use the Airbnb message system.That way all communications are available if there is a problem.
