I have a new listing and I am getting nearly daily requests from guests that recently created a profile and have no stay or review history, asking for approval to book for usually multiple weeks and asking for videos of the home and a phone call before booking. These are all scams of some kind, right? Suggestions on how you handle them?

Yes, this is a common scam. Simply state that all information they need is found on your listing and Airbnb does not allow Hosts to send videos to guests, nor allow visits to the property before they book. You can then block further communication by clicking the 3 dots next to the message and then the flag incon "report this message"
