Friend of the Airbnb guest refuse to leave

I got call from the guest that is staying at one of my houses one week before check out and said that his friend that is staying with him refuse to leave. 

What should I do?

@Amir47  Unless this person has acquired the right of tenancy under your local laws, this person is trespassing, and you can force the guest to leave. But that's not a process that Airbnb can help you out with - you've got to do the dirty work. I hope it works out for you; these sound like horrible people.

I would get this friend of the guest evicted from your property @Amir47  as a trespasser. You will know laws in your country for doing this better than me.

This is nothing to do with Airbnb as it doesn't relate to a guest.

Do you have it in your house rules that only those who have booked and paid should be at the property. If so I would also look to get the booking cancelled for the guest as they bought someone into your home without permission.

Yes, this third party friend has no right whatsoever to stay. Your contract was with his friend, not him. 
because you have listed the property on Airbnb there are no tenancy rights since the relationship is not between landlord and tenant. Unfortunately it is a police matter but the law is on your side

@Amir47  I've just checked your profile and it says you run an STR property management company. As such shouldn't you know what the process/legislation is around trespass/evictions?
