Full refund amount differs from what was deducted from my bank

Hi team,

The amount deducted from my bank 236.05 SGD differs from what was being refunded 233.71 SGD for my last cancelled booking. The same applies for all my other cancelled bookings as well.

May I know what the extra charge of 1% is for please?

Please report this to the better business bureau and file a complaint against airbnb, this is unethical

Not a host, so this might be wrong - but where were these bookings? The amounts you have quoted seem not very rounded so I wonder if this was currency exchange variation rather than anything malicious?
