@Jaclyn71

I would have refuse their entry because I do not want to deal with any mess à dog could do plus the hair that stay on the house for a long time.

now, they seam to be already in …

That would also be my case as I have autonomous entry

in that situation, I would contact AirBNB and ask them to cancel the remaining portion of their stay. contact ABB often as it can take them a while to answer you

and also charge an extra fee to the guest for cleaning purposes.

Good luck

Thank you .  We have a door code check in so we don’t actually see them.  Stumbled on this by accident.  Situation has been taken care of. That’s for your response.. we are new at this!

@Jaclyn71  You ask them to leave. It's your property, and they broke the rules. Guests who do things like that tend to be problematic, so say the least. It's your property, and you make the rules.

You'll likely receive a revenge review, but I wouldn't expect a great review from folks like this even if you don't ask them to leave.

Thank you for your response.  We have a door code check in so we don’t actually see them.  We came across this incident by accident.  But situation has been taken care of.  That you!
