Hi there, I am new to Air B n B and have just listed my farm property only two days ago. Within a minute, a local guest asked if she could have a small wedding ceremony at my farm as well as accommodation for her family. As I have not yet set a price on my listing, ( air b and b provided an estimate based on surrounding properties) as well as never being a host before, what is the best way to make sure i have all bases covered before I accept her booking. She is coming to take a look on the weekend, and I have just added extra photos on my listing for her, of a friend's wedding that we held at the same time last year , and with the same concept as her proposed wedding. Where is the best place to find answers to these queries?
