I had a gas leak with evidence and proof while in Mexico. Airbnb won’t refund me or remove the host listing. ** Who do I need to escalate this to because Airbnb is not taking this seriously.
I had the exact same experience, and one of the Airbnb agents i talked to asked me to move out of listing and promised almost full refund, but airbnb gave me less than <50% back at the end
So sorry to hear about your experience. Is everything documented on the Airbnb platform?
Did you message them or call them or both? Did you only speak to one person or speak to multiple agents? Did you leave early? How did the host respond when you brought up the issue? Was the safety team involved as it was a safety and health issue?
