Gift card in mail did not arrive

Hey

I recently bought a $500 gift card from Airbnb. I was hoping to receive a physical gift card in mail. As per the website, the gift card's estimated delivery is within 10 days of its ship date and it was shipped on 5/31 but I haven't received my gift card yet. I was not provided with a tracking id as well. Can someone help me with this?
