This guest asked for my Phone number before booking, I denied then he booked & called me for Massage Girls in his room before he arrives, I rejected his request because we don’t do such illegal things , we only give property on rent and provide a good hospitality, clean room, comfy beds etc, then he abused me on the call for not sharing my number for a direct booking before reservation, I refused to give room number, address details upon his bulling, threats on phone and reported to Airbnb Support, also he cancelled the booking, got 100% refund and then next day left a 1 Star negative review as well.
I attached the screenshots of his review so, you could see. He didn’t arrive because canceled already and I didn’t share address, room access key because don’t provide Girls in room service and then can’t accommodate a guest who already bullied, abused me one phone after booking then risk the property damage too.
He gave review like- cleanliness - 1 Star, Trash Left Behind.
Communication- 1 Star, Unresponsive
I have also attached Airbnb customer service messages who asked my permission to cancel and give full refund.
Review not removed after appealed 2 times already and explained shared screenshots where I had told Airbnb Support for his Girl in room request. I also communicated too much on Airbnb platform which could be verified, I was tying like crazy too because he was keep asking for room access too.
I am only being harassed, I got harassed and bullied for not sharing my number for direct booking. Airbnb is allowing such harassment and not helping to a Host, I had reported over 100 customers who asked for a number, just see what rewards they gave me.
