Guest Requesting Partial Refund Due to Issues During Stay

Hi everyone,


I have a guest who faced some issues during their stay and is now requesting a partial refund. The concerns they raised include:


Difficulty finding clean bedding, which was later addressed by sending housekeeping.

Unknown individuals knocking on the door, claiming they had a viewing appointment for the property.
I’d like to understand the best way to handle this situation. Has anyone experienced something similar? How do you determine if a partial refund is reasonable, and what would be a fair amount?


Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
